All of our products are delivered to you double boxed and are very seldom damaged. Should however, you receive a damaged item, you must notify us immediately upon delivery at:     refunds@MarbleheadGifts.net.

Within 5 days, we will gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery charges), or credit you for other items, your choice. After 5 days, items may be exchanged for the same product or for a merchandise credit.
